A Leeds-based set of Airbnb-style serviced flats was having recurring connectivity problems. Guests and staff were seeing slow speeds, weak signal in parts of the building and WiFi that would drop out during normal use.

This gives devices a stronger signal in more areas of the property and helps guests stay connected as they move around the building. For the client, it also makes the setup easier to support because coverage is planned around the actual shape of the site.

The goal was simple: make the WiFi feel boring again. Guests should not need to think about the router, complain about speeds or keep reconnecting devices. They should be able to arrive, join the network and use it normally.
By combining 5G connectivity with mesh coverage, the property gained a more suitable network setup for modern short-stay use. The fix addressed both parts of the problem: the internet connection coming into the building and the wireless signal moving around it.
Why This Approach Works for Serviced Accommodation
